Fill a Pew - Feed a Few

FillPew For the 5 weeks of Lent, Trinity Church has been collecting foodstuffs for the Spencerport Food Shelf. Pictured here is the result of that effort. Hopefully many people will be blessed by this endeavor. Sprout JoyDig in the soil: Speaker, Diane Kandt, is a nurse who has volunteered in hospice care and with the homeless. She will share stories from her work.
Plant the seed: Ingathering for House of Mercy. If inclined, please bring a donation.
School Supplies backpacks, pens, pencils, glue sticks, crayons & markers.
Personal Care diapers, razors, tampons, sanitary pads, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant.
Watch it grow: Service project for House of Mercy. We will make fleece tied blankets. All materials will be supplied.
$5.00 registration fee collected at the door includes light morning refreshments and lunch. Registration is from 9:00 to 9:15 at St. John's Lutheran Church 1107 Lake Rd, Hamlin April 29, 2017 .

Spencerport CROP Walk

MAY 7th, 2017.
Registration starts at 12:30pm.
At SUMC (32 Amity St.).
Walk begins at 1:00pm

Has been going for more than 30 years. This annual walk is 6 miles from Spencerport to Adams Basin and back on the Canal path.

This is a global and local fundraising event to fight hunger. 75% of funds raised go to global projects to fight hunger.25% of funds raised go to our local food shelf. This is a vital event for both the local needs and the world.

The Adult Choir practices at 7:30 pm on Thursdays and sings at the 10:30 am worship service.

The Bell Choir practices on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 pm.

The Children's Choir and Special Programs are included in Sunday School at 9:30 am on Sunday.


We express our concern for others in tangible ways through the special missions and monthly human needs gifts.

We support the Spencerport Food Shelf and Community Human Needs Fund. With compassion we seek ways of responding to individual circumstances with God's love.


The monthly newsletter, The Triune, is mailed to members and friends of Trinity Lutheran Church. It provides information about current programs, activities and schedules. You may receive a copy upon request.


If you are new to the Lutheran Church, we invite you to attend one of the six-week Adult Information classes or our Pastor will arrange sessions that are convenient for you.

For those who have been confirmed as members of a Lutheran Church, we will be happy to assist you in the transfer of membership. Please contact Pastor for more information.
